Today Melissa and Mishelle's cousin Therese celebrated her 7'th birhtday. Happy birthday Therese!
Speaking of birthdays - this saturday Melissa is having a party in honour of her 6'th birthday ( its the 15'th...). And in that respect, we are throwing in a party for her AND for Mishelle. We hope that our guests will bring a little money instead of gifts, so that we can afford to give the 2 girls a "day to remember" before time runs out.
Tomorrow is a day i've feared for some time... Melissa wil be informed of the gravity in her sisters illness. HOW on earth do you tell a 6 year old, that her little sister will pass away shortley? There will be a psychologist present tomorrow, and on wednesday another psychologist will talk to Melissa. But even so - i seriously fear the impact that this will have on Melissa...
