Melissa and i by the river

Hi ya all,

Melissa and i managed to "squeeze" in a short walk by the river Glomma today, between school and ballet class. We even went inside a small fortress hidden inside a small mountain by Fossum bridge, used during WW2. A long day is finally coming to an end, but here a few photos from today.

Today also marks 1 year since the doctor first suspected something was wrong with Mishelle and sent her to hospital... It still took a few more days before we received the BIG shock, but today is "one of those days" in our memory book.

Today we went to the norwegian Red Cross's annual fairground; http://momarkedet.no/
Melissa and her cousin Therese was trilled to watch one of their favourite bands play live; "The Blacksheeps" ( a norwegian group ). Here are a few photos, including one from the breakfast table were Melissa is removing "splinters" from her uncle's head.. hehehe. Also in one of the photos, Tia - who had to go with Melissa in one of the attractions ;o)

Just had to show u guys a photo of Melissa taken no more than 5 minutes ago. She just lost her second front tooth, and are having some trouble whistling ... hehehe

... i also had to throw in a photo taken just before she left for her school bus yesterday - isn't she lovely? I don't think there is a dad in the world more proud of his daughter then yours truly

Melissa's first day of school

Today Melissa started school at Ringvoll barneskole. 2 proud parents watched her go and take her place in the classroom ( and i'm sure Mishelle was watching her as well from her place in heaven ). A couple of photos is in order i guess....
